Careneeds offers Level 1 and Level 2 support coordination, along with psychosocial recovery coaching for participants who need mental health support.
Careneeds uses purpose-built software to keep support coordination organised and transparent. This helps track funding, maintain secure digital case notes, and manage daily tasks and reminders so there is a clearer view of what is happening and what comes next.
