If disability makes it harder to access social activities without assistance, this type of support may be available through your plan.
Speak to Careneeds about this service - we can talk through the kinds of social activities that interest you. Whether that means joining an art class, volunteering, learning to sing or getting involved in sport, support can be matched to your goals and preferences. Your support worker can also accompany you to activities, helping you feel safe and supported along the way.
